Shipping your order is more than just getting it from A to B. From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, we keep you informed with a track & trace shipping code. We only use the services of leading companies such as DHL, UPC and DPD and will always look for the most efficient shipping route to your location.
Shipping options & delivery times
European orders are shipped with ground transportation with a delivery time of 2 to 8 days depending on your location. Intercontinental orders are shipped by boat. Depending on your location you should expect a shipping time of 2 to 6 weeks. For faster delivery worldwide you can choose air freight. Air freight is subject to a surcharge.
All best-selling items are in stock at our warehouse in the Netherlands and can be prepared for shipment on the day of your order. Specific products and larger orders can be shipped directly from our factories in Europe and Asia. This shortens the shipping time to up to several days or weeks and saves on shipping costs. Don’t worry about quality, at our factory locations we work with independent quality inspectors who check your order in detail before it is shipped.
As no shipment is the same, we cannot give a general indication of the shipping costs. Registered B2B partners will receive this information in detail in the quotation. Note: Customs tax outside the European Union depends on local laws and regulations. Our sales staff can provide you with detailed information.
What if something goes wrong?
Due to the high quality standards of our shipping partners, shipping rarely goes wrong. If your order is lost in transit, we will resolve this with the shipping partner and reship your order at no additional cost.
